What you will do

• Develop and execute engagement strategies for two key accounts to increase revenue and deepen client value.
• Own revenue targets and track KPIs to drive commercial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across product, design, engineering, and business units.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to align account strategies with project execution.
• Leverage consultancy experience and market insights to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Management consultancy experience is mandatory.
• Proven success managing and growing large blue-chip accounts in a “farmer” role.
• Comfortable engaging with director to VP level stakeholders.
• Preferably experience in financial services sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
