TL;DR

Relationship Manager (Healthcare): Managing a portfolio of local healthcare clients to provide funding, support, and strategic banking solutions with an accent on building long-term trusted partnerships. Location: Must be based in or able to travel to Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth, or Taunton. Hybrid role requiring at least 40% office attendance.

Salary: £61,344 – £68,160

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 110 local healthcare clients with turnovers between £10m and £25m.
  • Provide tailored funding solutions, including term lending and working capital products.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by identifying business strategies and delivering comprehensive banking services.
  • Proactively attract high-value clients and grow the local portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver the full range of bank products to clients.
  • Manage risk and compliance requirements for the assigned client portfolio.

Requirements

  • Must be able to travel to clients in person within the South West region.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in portfolio management within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong sales background with the ability to proactively engage new clients and drive growth.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex financial statements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
