What you will do

• Ensure subcontractors adhere to safety, quality, and execution standards defined in the contract.
• Monitor construction progress against the CPM schedule and report performance to leadership.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and manage 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Resolve field issues, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Review timesheets, quantity reports, and payment requests for accuracy.
• Support change management, extra work authorizations, and RFI processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of construction field leadership experience on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety practices, and field procedures.
• Ability to work in varying temperature extremes and perform physical labor in a construction site environment.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Nice to have

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Combined/Simple Cycle construction.
• Training in reporting safety, cost, quality, and schedule information.
