What you will do
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to safety, quality, and execution standards defined in the contract.
- Monitor construction progress against the CPM schedule and report performance to leadership.
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and manage 3-week look-ahead schedules.
- Resolve field issues, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Review timesheets, quantity reports, and payment requests for accuracy.
- Support change management, extra work authorizations, and RFI processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of construction field leadership experience on equivalent projects.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety practices, and field procedures.
- Ability to work in varying temperature extremes and perform physical labor in a construction site environment.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
Nice to have
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Combined/Simple Cycle construction.
- Training in reporting safety, cost, quality, and schedule information.
