• Develop and align discipline-specific engineering approaches and quality strategies across the organization.
• Monitor technical quality within the discipline and implement improvement opportunities.
• Manage quality-assurance tools, processes, and databases to ensure project excellence.
• Oversee technical training and provide ongoing mentoring to production teams.
• Partner with sector leaders to align training efforts based on common technical needs.
• Participate in technical interviews to evaluate the proficiency of potential talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, or technology (preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Proven track record of technical excellence and quality monitoring in the field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
