What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales to develop comprehensive account plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Nurture long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure effective use of platform solutions.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and data-driven reporting of client campaigns to enhance performance.
- Provide customer insights to Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Assist clients in managing organizational changes to ensure smooth transition and effective integration of solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account planning and high-level client relationship management.
- Ability to implement data-driven strategies for performance monitoring and reporting.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to bridge the gap between clients and internal product teams.
- Expertise in change management and driving product adoption.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
