What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of ~100 B2B accounts, including high-touch strategic clients.
- Lead onboarding and kick-off trainings for new customers.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Identify growth opportunities through client research and usage analysis.
- Conduct exit interviews with churned clients to gather insights.
- Secure client reviews, testimonials, and case studies to drive customer advocacy.
Requirements
- English: C1 (Full professional proficiency) required.
- Location: Must be based in or near London, UK.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or CSM in B2B, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record managing 50+ accounts and driving MRR/ARR growth.
- Experience leading commercial discussions regarding pricing and discounting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and emotional intelligence skills.
Nice to have
- Fluency in another European language.
- Familiarity with data rooms, board portals, or secure collaboration tools.
- Prior experience in sales.
