What you will do

  • Lead acquisition campaigns across paid digital, direct mail, email, and other marketing channels.
  • Identify target audiences and opportunities using data, segmentation, and client insights.
  • Develop targeted messaging to drive engagement and account conversion.
  • Manage lower-funnel tactics to directly support new client acquisition and account openings.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time to optimize for cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance, acquisition, or direct response marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta, CRM platforms, and GA4.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
