What you will do

• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and finance to identify and size growth opportunities.
• Perform proactive data analysis to surface actionable insights for team priorities.
• Design and execute end-to-end experiments, from hypothesis and instrumentation to analysis and decision.
• Build and iterate on dashboards to track and ensure accountability for cross-functional OKRs.
• Transform complex analytical findings into clear narratives to drive company alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical or strategy role (Product Analytics and GTM preferred).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Fluency in SQL with the ability to author complex, production-quality queries.
• Deep understanding of statistical power and experiment design (A/B testing).
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with diverse business stakeholders.
