What you will do

• Own the development, maintenance, and execution of forward-looking drug spend forecasting models.
• Quantify the impact of macro-market shifts in collaboration with the Pricing team.
• Translate pharmacy market events into quantitative financial models alongside the Clinical Strategy team.
• Develop external trend reports showcasing market expectations and cost-containment efficacy.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to build models for deep spend understanding and automate forecasting processes.
• Partner with Sales and Proposals teams to craft value-driven offers for pharmacy consultants, brokers, and clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytical, forecasting, financial, actuarial, or strategy roles.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in the healthcare and/or pharmacy industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Advanced degree or MBA preferred).
• Strong familiarity with pharmacy industry dynamics and major market events.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting rigorous data to internal leaders and external brokers.
• US-based work authorization (indicated by US-specific benefits).
