What you will do

• Analyze risk data to evaluate overall program exposure across cost, schedule, and performance dimensions.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, matrices, and tracking tools for project-level use.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary program teams to gather and validate risk data and documentation.
• Create narrative, graphic, and oral status reports for program leadership and government clients.
• Design and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans in coordination with stakeholders.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments using established frameworks like PMBOK.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or program analysis supporting government programs.
• Proven experience assessing program risk across cost, schedule, and performance dimensions.
• Proficiency in developing risk registers and related tracking documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing formal reports and executive briefings.
• Elighirify.global to work in the US and potentially obtain a security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Veterans Health Administration or similar federal health agencies (CDC, CMS, DHA, HHS).
• Active security clearance.
• PMP or PMI-RMP certification.
• Familiarity with VA PMAS or federal Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements.
• Experience with risk management software tools such as Active Risk Manager or Risktrak.
