TL;DR

Sr. Manager - Talent, Engagement and Belonging (HR): Leading a team to design and execute enterprise-wide talent development, performance management, and succession planning programs with an accent on strategic alignment and organizational capability. Focus on leveraging people analytics to drive employee engagement and leadership growth across a large-scale organization.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Frisco, TX or Rogers, AR (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

What you will do

  • Drive talent development and performance enablement strategies to increase employee engagement.
  • Build and manage programs for career growth, leadership development, and goal alignment.
  • Partner with senior management and People leadership to execute business strategies.
  • Leverage people data and analytics to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR tools and processes across regions.
  • Lead, coach, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in HR focused on career development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Proven track record designing and deploying talent initiatives for organizations of at least 2,500 employees.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior-level executives.
  • Ability to work in-office at least 3 days each week in Frisco, TX or Rogers, AR.

Nice to have

  • 3 years of people management experience in HR.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Oracle.
