Salary: $90,900.00 - $145,100.00 annually (base pay range for California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC)

What you will do
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders, directors, and front-line managers across Rentals (sales, product, and operations).
- Coach and consult senior leaders and managers on complex performance management, organizational development, and leadership capabilities.
- Design and implement scalable HR programs that improve business outcomes and organizational effectiveness across the Rentals portfolio.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance; lead operational follow-through on complex organizational changes.
- Conduct investigations of workplace policy violations with guidance from the HR Director.
- Use data and feedback to identify trends and recommend actions to improve team health, retention, and performance.
Requirements
- Work authorization/location: U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States (limited exceptions).
- 5–8 years of HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner role supporting large, dynamic organizations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance, and practices; experience delivering HR projects and programs.
- Experience partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to improve organizational outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose people problems and drive solutions across employee relations, change management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with confidentiality and executive presence.
