VP, HR (HR): Lead and manage all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with an accent on long-term workforce planning, HR risk mitigation, and HRIS governance. Focus on partnering with executive leadership to implement HR strategies that support business objectives and deliver measurable workforce analytics.

What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership to design long-term workforce plans and succession strategies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee relations.
• Oversee daily HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, promotions, career development, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with legal to maintain employee handbook, HR policies, and compliance documentation; manage audits, investigations, and risk mitigation.
• Lead recruiting strategy and workforce planning; oversee compensation strategy, benchmarking, and salary administration.
• Own and administer the HRIS platform; develop HR dashboards, metrics, and workforce analytics (headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting, performance, engagement).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Expert knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience managing and optimizing HRIS platforms.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
