What you will do

• Execute end-to-end multichannel demand generation campaigns across digital, content, and events to drive new business and expansion pipeline.
• Analyze customer segments, channel metrics, and campaign performance data to inform targeting and tactics.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Content teams to align messaging and execution.
• Optimize channel mix using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, including pipeline contribution and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of marketing or related experience.
• Proven experience independently owning and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data for targeting and segmentation.
• Experience managing campaign performance metrics, including ROI.
• Ability to work in a results-driven, performance-oriented environment.
