What you will do

• Oversee and provide leadership, training, and direction to the SDR and BDR teams to ensure performance goals are met.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share, achieve revenue targets, and increase profitability.
• Collaborate with product and marketing personnel to design and manage lead-generation campaigns and promotions.
• Establish and maintain detailed sales reporting, including forecasted revenue and partner trend reports.
• Manage the hiring process through behavioral interviewing and make targeted selection recommendations.
• Coach and develop team members through regular one-on-ones and annual performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or four years of related work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kingwood, Texas.
• Supervisory experience in a related field is preferred.
