Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami. Hybrid work (3 days/week in-office).
Salary: $128,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and booking meetings to closing new business.
- Generate pipeline through high-volume outbound activity using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery and deliver tailored demos aligned with customer pain points.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Implementation and Account Management to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
- Engage with various personas, including Office Managers, Finance, and HR leaders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales.
- Proven hunter mindset focused on outbound prospecting and new business generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially via video and phone.
- Eligibility to work in the USA.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami.
