What you will do

• Partner with cross-departmental stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into a prioritized AI roadmap.
• Write detailed specifications including scope, user flows, and success criteria.
• Manage the engineering backlog, balancing new feature development with maintenance of existing tools.
• Review design and implementation choices to ensure alignment with business value.
• Drive internal adoption of developed applications through communication, enablement, and usage tracking.
• Manage day-to-day program operations using Jira and Salesforce to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading internal product or program initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong product management skills with experience in scope definition, prioritization, and specification writing.
• Fluent and frequent use of modern AI tools like Anthropic and OpenAI in real working contexts.
• Hands-on experience managing backlogs and dashboards in Jira and Salesforce.
• Proven track record of operating as an internal product owner across multiple stakeholder groups.
