Program Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and ensure full contract compliance.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reviews and executive briefings.
• Manage CDRL deliverables, including reports, transition plans, and security documentation.
• Drive Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog management, and velocity tracking.
• Maintain integrated risk registers with timely escalation and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor program performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure SLA adherence.

Requirements

• Must possess an active Secret clearance.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Strong experience in federal or DoD program management environments.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMI Level 3.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale programs.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I or II certification (Security+, CAP).
• SAFe Agilist or Scrum Master certification.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
