What you will do

• Establish and manage end-to-end program governance, including PMO structures and integrated plans across RPA, GenAI, and Data Science workstreams.
• Own the program RAID log, proactively identifying risks and enforcing change control processes to maintain schedule and budget stability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, presenting executive-level status reports and milestone reviews to senior leadership.
• Manage resource planning, capacity forecasting, and program budget tracking to ensure P&L health.
• Act as a bridge between business outcomes and technical architectures, facilitating shared understanding between stakeholders and AI engineering teams.
• Establish program KPIs and OKRs, leading retrospectives to build reusable internal delivery frameworks for AI programs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada.
• 5-7 years of project/program management experience, with at least 5 years in large-scale digital transformation or AI/ML programs.
• Experience managing enterprise Financial Services engagements in a consulting or system integrator environment.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML delivery lifecycles, including model development, MLOps, and LLM integration.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery frameworks.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Prior experience managing Generative AI programs in a client-facing delivery context.
• Experience managing distributed offshore-onshore delivery teams across multiple time zones.
• Knowledge of pre-sales processes, including proposal contribution and effort estimation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
