What you will do

• Design and establish a division-wide program framework and unified delivery model from the ground up.
• Manage cross-departmental dependencies, proactively resolve blockers, and track delivery KPIs and business outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to design, document, and roll out operational procedures to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-impact projects from definition through production stabilization.
• Spearhead the adoption of AI tools and automation across all departments within the division.
• Partner with Product & R&D to accelerate AI-assisted developer productivity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains (software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, IT, or data).
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs in a global environment.
• Proven track record of end-to-end delivery from technical definition to production stabilization.
• Technical fluency in systems architecture, SDLC, and data infrastructure.
• Strong command of Agile and hybrid program management frameworks.
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
