What you will do
- Plan and facilitate global Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Coordinate global account planning frameworks to ensure consistency, rigor, and alignment across regions and leadership.
- Act as the liaison between Sales and Marketing on shared priorities, planning cycles, and go-to-market execution.
- Drive strategic alignment with Product and Partnerships, including visibility into roadmap priorities and prioritization frameworks for partner initiatives.
- Architect and manage global sales communications strategy for executive updates, all-hands, and regional leadership forums.
- Establish scalable processes for tracking and prioritizing product feedback and support key Sales and Customer Success initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy roles in high-growth or global organizations.
- Proven senior-level experience operating in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategy in a global, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Strong executive presence with experience supporting senior Sales leadership.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking with a track record of translating insights into action.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

- Annual base pay range: $129,600–$263,000 USD.
