Salary: $166,400 – $279,800

What you will do

• Define and lead the AI-powered GTM productivity roadmap to improve seller and Customer Success Manager performance.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build, implement, and scale AI-enabled workflows aligned to hirify.global's platform strategy.
• Architect and optimize end-to-end GTM workflows to reduce friction and eliminate manual work.
• Own the strategy and continuous improvement of core GTM systems, including Salesforce, Gainsight, and Highspot.
• Establish governance frameworks to support data integrity, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting accuracy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, managing other people leaders across GTM functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM systems.
• Proven experience managing managers and building high-performing teams at scale.
• Track record of deploying AI, ML, or automation-powered tools in GTM settings.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with tools like Gainsight, Highspot, Outreach, or Gong.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Must be based in one of the 50 United States.
