Salary: $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 annually (base pay range for certain states)

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end sales enablement programs, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and adapting plans to evolving business priorities.
- Partner with Sales, Success, and cross-functional teams to launch new programs, products, processes, and sales motions with clear readiness plans for field adoption.
- Create enablement assets, process documentation, and communication frameworks to drive consistency, clarity, and operational rigor.
- Develop into a GTM subject matter expert by mastering workflows and tools, leveraging AI enhancements where possible to improve performance.
- Use sales data and performance insights to identify root causes of performance gaps and translate them into targeted enablement strategies.
- Mentor peers and act as a consultant to GTM leaders, marketing, operations, and product to ensure successful launches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, sales, or customer success in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving, including mapping process improvements in ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to deliver training and enablement to large audiences (1-to-many).
- Strong data fluency: interpret complex datasets, define success metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience operating with high autonomy and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work across multiple US time zones.
Nice to have
- Fluency in structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Command of the Message).
- Experience driving adoption of GTM technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Highspot) and familiarity with Jira.
- Track record of applying AI or emerging technologies to improve sales productivity or enablement effectiveness.
