What you will do
- Partner with EMEA Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to drive pipeline health, coverage, and predictable forecasting for booking and retention targets.
- Own regional cadences (forecast calls, renewals planning, pipeline reviews, top deal reviews) and support lifecycle processes for new logo, expansion, renewals, and churn prevention.
- Build and innovate reporting for pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue KPIs aligned with global standards; translate insights into execution recommendations.
- Drive adoption and feedback loops for GTM tooling and AI adoption at the regional level; ensure data quality and governance across accounts, opportunities, and contacts.
- Coordinate deal desk and RFX operations in EMEA, including deal structuring support, pricing exceptions, and RFP/RFI/RFQ response best practices.
- Align lead management, attribution, outbound velocity, GTM plays, and campaign ROI with Marketing and SDR teams.
Requirements
- Based in the United Kingdom and able to attend the London office regularly.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a software or technology company.
- Expertise with revenue-lifecycle platforms and processes, including marketing automation (Marketo or similar), engagement (Outreach or similar), Salesforce, forecasting, and/or CLM.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, plus strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of urgency and outcomes focus.
- Bachelorβs degree in a technical or business-related field (MBA preferred).
