TL;DR

Growth Marketing Manager (AI): Designing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline from awareness to conversion at scale with an accent on AI-driven content production and ABM strategy. Focus on leveraging LLMs and generative tools to improve content velocity, personalization, and channel performance across the entire buyer journey.

Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, Raleigh, or Toronto; expectation to be in-office at least 3 days a week.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 (US) or $89,000–$110,000 CAD (Ontario).

What you will do

  • Design and execute demand generation programs including virtual events, email, and sponsorships.
  • Develop and manage ABM program plans in collaboration with Sales to target whitespace accounts.
  • Partner with BDR and Customer Success teams to optimize lead conversion across the funnel.
  • Architect threaded programs across email, social, web, and paid channels.
  • Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to scale content production and personalization.
  • Forecast, measure, and report on program performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or content engineering.
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales tools including Marketo, Salesforce, and 6Sense.
  • Demonstrated expertise using AI tools and LLMs to build and scale content programs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and metric-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to design multi-channel content programs with coherent buyer narratives.
  • Must be able to work in-office at least 3 days a week in one of the specified locations.

  • Experience in LegalTech, FinTech, or Enterprise SaaS.
