Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $182,900 - $228,400 plus eligible commission

What you will do

  • Manage and lead the Global Channel Account Management (CAM) team responsible for GoCanvas and SiteDocs.
  • Develop and execute short and long-term channel sales program strategies and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Pioneer channel development by recruiting new partners and scaling the software portfolio globally.
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product leaders to accelerate engineering solutions, API/MCP advancements, and localized product needs.
  • Monitor customer success through pipeline development, forecasting, and strategic pivoting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading and developing software sales teams in complex sales and business development.
  • Proven experience building and managing global partner ecosystems for SaaS technology.
  • Ability to manage a sales funnel via Salesforce (SFDC) and present to C-suite executives.
  • Strong technical ability to understand end-user workflows across the construction industry.
  • Proven success with integrated solutions and interoperability.
  • BA/BS degree.
