What you will do

• Build and maintain high-quality automation to support Starlink's customer base and market expansion.
• Develop monitoring systems and alerts to ensure the health and reliability of automation workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to migrate manual processes to integrated website solutions.
• Design and execute measurable experiments to improve customer experience and support efficiency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated systems.
• Communicate automation performance metrics and opportunities to the leadership team.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, or STEM discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, software, data analytics, or operations at a technology company.
• 4+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel to corporate sites and industry events.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a Business or STEM field.
• Expertise in SQL, database structures, and ETL development.
• Experience with automation tools such as VBA, C#, or similar.
• Background in high-growth, fast-paced startup or consulting environments.
• Strong project management and self-directed prioritization skills.
