What you will do

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of automated QA for embedded systems, integration, and network testing.
• Drive the architecture of CI test infrastructure, including hardware requirements, test harnesses, and framework extensions.
• Convert cross-team tests into automated regression suites to provide reliable quality signals.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, reducing flaky tests and strengthening overall reliability.
• Develop AI agents to distinguish between infrastructure issues, test defects, and product defects.
• Define validation coverage, release-readiness criteria, and actionable CI metrics in partnership with engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software QA, system validation, test automation, or CI automation.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across software, system, and network layers.
• Experience leading automated regression strategy and failure triage efforts.

Nice to have

• Prior QA leadership experience (e.g., QA Manager, Validation Lead).
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools for code generation and test reviews.
• Familiarity with Ansible for configuration management.
• Experience with Ethernet networking protocols and high-performance protocols like InfiniBand or RoCE.
