What you will do

• Architect and maintain scalable, modular automation frameworks using Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted testing, model-based testing, and shift-left strategies across Agile Release Trains.
• Define and evolve performance engineering strategies for distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Develop quality strategies for LLM-based systems, including prompt workflows, RAG pipelines, and validation of model accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and AI teams to embed quality best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of Built-In Quality and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in validation and quality strategies for complex, large-scale software systems.
• Proven experience working at a senior technical level within Agile, Scrum, and SAFe environments.
• Deep expertise in applying quality engineering principles to AI workflows and non-deterministic systems.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to communicate complex quality risks to diverse stakeholders.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering discipline.
