What you will do

• Design and implement AI-driven quality automation solutions to improve test coverage and defect detection.
• Apply ML/LLM-assisted techniques for test generation, prioritization, and regression optimization.
• Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks for API, backend, and system-level testing.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and release checks.
• Execute performance, load, and stress testing strategies for cloud-native and distributed systems.
• Lead root cause analysis for complex quality, performance, and reliability issues across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or performance engineering.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-assisted testing and LLM-based automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure), microservices, and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery models.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or K6.
• Familiarity with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code and production telemetry analysis.
