Promotional Incentives Manager (Fintech): Designing, optimizing, and scaling innovative incentive programs to drive customer growth and retention for the Investly digital investing app with an accent on data-driven experimentation and financial modeling. Focus on building multi-quarter roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI tools to analyze campaign performance and business impact.

Location: Must be based in Canada. Role is hybrid with office presence required in Toronto (until late 2026) and Mississauga (from late 2026).

Salary: $105,000–$135,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Develop and own a multi-quarter incentive strategy aligned with growth priorities.
  • Design and pilot creative incentive structures using financial modeling and behavioral insights.
  • Partner with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure compliant and integrated customer journeys.
  • Manage vendor relationships to enable scalable incentive execution.
  • Monitor KPIs and use AI tools to analyze campaign performance and generate strategic insights.
  • Present reporting and recommendations to senior leadership to guide business decisions.

Requirements

  • Must have current work authorization for Canada.
  • University degree or equivalent working experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, incentives, or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience navigating complex datasets.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Tableau, Appsflyer, and Marketo.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Canadian financial regulations and investor behavior.
  • Familiarity with agile planning and roadmap management tools.
