Salary: $105,000–$135,000 CAD

What you will do
- Develop and own a multi-quarter incentive strategy aligned with growth priorities.
- Design and pilot creative incentive structures using financial modeling and behavioral insights.
- Partner with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure compliant and integrated customer journeys.
- Manage vendor relationships to enable scalable incentive execution.
- Monitor KPIs and use AI tools to analyze campaign performance and generate strategic insights.
- Present reporting and recommendations to senior leadership to guide business decisions.
Requirements
- Must have current work authorization for Canada.
- University degree or equivalent working experience.
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, incentives, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience navigating complex datasets.
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Tableau, Appsflyer, and Marketo.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Understanding of Canadian financial regulations and investor behavior.
- Familiarity with agile planning and roadmap management tools.
