TL;DR

Manager Digital Marketing Automation (Marketing Automation): Build and optimize personalized customer journeys across Fidelity’s digital channels by owning marketing automation and sales enablement strategy, execution, and measurement with an accent on campaign experimentation, audience segmentation, and AI-enabled automation. Focus on leading a marketing automation team, managing platform roadmaps, and driving sales and redemption mitigation through data-driven lead nurturing and lead scoring.

Location: Toronto Office (483 Bay Street) until approximately late 2026; then Mississauga office (3 Robert Speck Parkway). Flexible hybrid schedule.

Salary: $146,000–$164,000 base salary + discretionary performance bonus (annual range).

What you will do

  • Lead a team to develop and maintain Fidelity’s digital channels and ensure efficient operations of marketing automation and sales enablement platforms.
  • Own marketing automation and sales enablement strategies, including platform roadmap, audience segmentation, and ongoing sales enablement processes across the buyer journey.
  • Execute end-to-end campaign work (design, development, launch, tracking), including lead nurture, re-engagement, onboarding, and fund launch campaigns using data-driven approaches.
  • Develop and refine lead scoring rules and document best practices for list management, optimization, data quality, and troubleshooting.
  • Drive marketing effectiveness reporting and campaign tracking by partnering with Sales and Business Analytics to optimize performance using analytics and industry insights (including A/B testing and segmentation).
  • Act as SME for marketing automation and AI-related initiatives: advise marketing teams, define business requirements, and support business cases with internal technology partners.

Requirements

  • Current work authorization for Canada is required.
  • 5+ years of deep marketing automation experience (Marketo preferred) and 3+ years of management experience leading and growing a high-performing marketing team.
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and understanding of sales enablement (e.g., Seismic).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills using data to address complex business problems.
  • Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital analytics platforms for reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Advanced knowledge of multi-channel marketing practices (email, webinars, SEM/SEO, display, social, events).
  • Database administration expertise.
  • Knowledge of website personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Target/Test and Target).
  • Adobe Analytics certification; Marketo certification preferred.
