TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Outbound): Driving pipeline growth for a mobile-first industrial work execution platform with an accent on high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on building multi-touch sequences, conducting 70-100 daily calls to industrial decision-makers, and partnering with Account Executives to secure meetings.

Location: Must be based in Montreal, QC (In-office, 5 days/week)

What you will do

  • Execute 70 to 100 outbound calls daily to maintenance and operations leaders across North America.
  • Develop multi-touch sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with AEs to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Montreal, QC and able to work in-office 5 days/week.
  • Proven resilience in high-volume, rejection-heavy environments such as sales, recruiting, or hospitality.
  • Genuine drive for high-volume outbound calling.
  • Clear, polished written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to own pipeline management.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks.
  • Prior B2B or SaaS sales experience.
