What you will do
- Execute 70 to 100 outbound calls daily to maintenance and operations leaders across North America.
- Develop multi-touch sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with AEs to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Must be based in Montreal, QC and able to work in-office 5 days/week.
- Proven resilience in high-volume, rejection-heavy environments such as sales, recruiting, or hospitality.
- Genuine drive for high-volume outbound calling.
- Clear, polished written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to own pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks.
- Prior B2B or SaaS sales experience.
