What you will do
- Own net-new outbound pipeline creation across enterprise accounts in North America.
- Proactively target and break into named accounts using cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Engage senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
- Conduct strong discovery to uncover business pain and operational challenges.
- Qualify opportunities rigorously to ensure only sales-ready pipeline moves forward.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline through cold outreach.
- Demonstrated success in breaking into enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers at the Director/VP level and above.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo.
- Ability to translate complex technology into business value.
