What you will do

• Lead daily standups and core Agile ceremonies across distributed global teams to identify and remove bottlenecks.
• Partner with the central Product Owner to support capacity planning and resource allocation against the product roadmap.
• Act as the primary point of contact during EMEA and AMER working hours to ensure global alignment.
• Coordinate with Customer Services and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of product updates and release notes.
• Compile governance materials and product health metrics for senior management reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager.
• Proven experience working within a software or FinTech environment.
• Strong hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
• Experience in capital markets or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Agile management and project tracking platforms.
