Product Manager - Delivery Management (FinTech)

Location: Poland; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office

Annual gross base pay: zł94,000–zł183,000

What you will do

• Lead daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies across distributed teams.
• Track delivery progress, identify bottlenecks, and unblock team members in real time.
• Partner with the central Product Owner on capacity planning, resource allocation, and roadmap progress tracking.
• Coordinate alignment between EMEA and AMER teams during regional working hours.
• Work with Customer Services and internal stakeholders to communicate product updates, release notes, and critical information.
• Maintain governance materials and product health metrics for senior management reviews and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience; experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager in software or FinTech is required.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience running core Agile ceremonies.
• Experience collaborating with distributed, multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
• Clear communication skills for bridging technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Project Management or another related certification.

Nice to have

• Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in capital markets, FinTech, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Agile management and project tracking platforms.
