Location: Hybrid role based in Katowice, Wrocław, Warsaw, or Poznań, Poland. Remote work opportunities and flexible hours are available; workation from an hirify.global location is limited to four weeks per year within the EU.

What you will do

• Lead, onboard, coach, and develop Enova 365 implementation consultants.
• Plan team capacity, allocate resources, set priorities, and arrange substitutions.
• Own the quality and timeliness of end-to-end Enova 365 HR and Payroll implementations.
• Oversee analysis, configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing, go-live, and handover to Payroll Operations.
• Act as the first escalation point for delivery issues and client concerns while coordinating with Operations, Payroll Operations, Project Management, IT and Integrations, international teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support estimations and presales scoping when needed, and standardize implementation practices through templates, playbooks, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of the Enova 365 system and Polish HR and Payroll regulations.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end implementation processes and demonstrated experience leading and developing a team.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization, ownership, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.
