Delivery Lead (Salesforce)

Location: Remote, onsite, or hybrid work is available from the listed European countries.

Salary: EUR 3,350–5,275 gross per month.

What you will do

• Lead Salesforce implementation and new application development projects throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, staffing, and delivery planning.
• Coordinate development, testing, deployment, hypercare, acceptance, and production readiness activities.
• Govern reporting, status meetings, service reviews, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, developers, DevOps engineers, business stakeholders, and supplier teams.
• Oversee documentation, knowledge transfer, training, release governance, and delivery standards.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience leading complex IT delivery engagements and enterprise software projects.
• Experience managing distributed cross-functional teams, stakeholders, clients, and multi-vendor environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery, project governance, reporting, escalation management, and application development projects exceeding 30 person-days.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce delivery lifecycle, release management, and environment management.
• Knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD principles, Salesforce DX, DevOps and engineering governance, quality assurance, and enterprise ecosystems.
• English and German at Upper-Intermediate level or above are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and enterprise integrations.
