What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and workflow optimization needs for analytics and AI initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into detailed functional and non-functional requirements and document current-state/future-state processes.
• Define KPIs, metrics, and success measures for analytics and AI solutions; align technical outputs with business expectations.
• Support data governance and data quality by defining business rules and validation logic; partner with data engineers and analysts on dataset requirements.
• Maintain delivery documentation (requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data dictionaries, workflow diagrams) and prioritize work with product managers and technical leads.
• Support PoCs and pilots for new AI/data capabilities, including workflow documentation and impact assessment, and facilitate stakeholder reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data, analytics, or AI-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, ETL/data pipelines, data warehousing, AI, and BI tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and data & AI governance practices.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Snowflake, Collibra, and SQL (for data validation preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work across cross-functional engineering and business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
