What you will do

• Define project scope and manage detailed business requirements from high-level user journeys to functional specifications.
• Create as-is and to-be process and system flow models to optimize user journeys and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify functional improvement areas and design to-be solutions.
• Develop requirement traceability matrices and prioritize project deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project managers to develop high-level project plans and perform risk assessments.
• Design test plans, manage system testing, and lead change management and training activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Information Systems, IT Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Owner.
• In-depth experience in General and/or Life insurance products and processes.
• Proficiency in both Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Ms Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and other system delivery tools.
• Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
