What you will do

• Define and manage business requirements from user journeys to detailed functional specifications.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Create as-is and to-be process models and system flow documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define solution designs and perform risk assessments.
• Develop test plans, manage testing activities, and conduct change management.
• Handle post-implementation support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business IT, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Owner roles.
• In-depth understanding of General and/or Life insurance products and processes.
• Proven experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system design skills.
