What you will do
- Accelerate and grow the partner base, focusing on top-level Atlassian partners.
- Develop and execute plans to identify and recruit new partners to the Partner Program.
- Refine current partner program initiatives and internal processes.
- Provide guidance, insight, and training to junior channel managers.
- Represent at field marketing events, trade shows, and partner groups.
- Act as an internal and external advocate for partners and solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
- 4+ years of direct experience in a partner, channel, or alliance business model.
- Deep knowledge of Atlassian’s core product offering and the Atlassian Marketplace.
- Strong understanding of Brazilian and LATAM business culture.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Nice to have
- Background in the software industry or consultancy/services organizations.
- Experience working with enterprise accounts.
- Coaching and mentoring experience.
