TL;DR

Channel Manager (North America): Develop, grow, and expand existing partner ecosystem in North America with an accent on identifying, recruiting, onboarding strategic partners, and driving revenue through partner-led deals in mid-market and enterprise segments. Focus on building joint business plans, enabling partners via training and support, co-selling to achieve quota, and scaling hirify.global’s footprint.

Location: Hybrid: commute to NY-based office 3 times per week when not traveling; ability to travel ~25-50% across the US

Salary: $330,000 annual

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners aligning with upmarket expansion goals.
  • Build joint business plans including revenue targets, enablement, and marketing activities.
  • Drive partner-led pipeline generation, co-selling, and revenue achievement.
  • Enable partners through training, demos, sales plays, and field support.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, deal tracking, and key stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances at a SaaS company
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying roles with co-selling or indirect sales
  • Experience selling to Enterprise customers through partners (VARs, MSPs, distributors, ISVs)
  • Strong understanding of partner enablement, joint go-to-market, and pipeline development
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage priorities, execute independently, and drive results
  • Experience in global organization; HQ outside US advantageous
