Location: Austin, Texas (Choice in where and how you work, but must be based in the US)

What you will do

  • Manage the full post-sale customer journey for US Mid-Market and LATAM accounts, including onboarding, training, and advocacy.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to drive renewals and revenue expansion.
  • Serve as the primary regional expert for LATAM account engagement, providing cultural and linguistic guidance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify product improvements based on client feedback and feature adoption.
  • Develop executive-level credibility and build lasting partnerships across different cultures and time zones.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (Austin campus is the hub for US operations).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion targets.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Experience working with customers in Latin America and understanding of regional business culture.
  • Strong ability to use data and analytics to build compelling narratives for stakeholders.
