Senior Director, CUAS RF Product Portfolio (RF/CUAS): Lead the Titan CUAS program for RF-based detect-and-defeat counter-UAS technology with an accent on program governance, cost/schedule/technical performance, and customer satisfaction. What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight and accountability for large-scale program solutions from initiation through sustainment, including P&L accountability and alignment to strategic objectives.
• Run on-site operations in San Diego covering production, repair, QA/QC, test, administration, and facilities.
• Coordinate between IRAD and production teams to accelerate productization of emerging technology.
• Own program execution from inception to deployment and into maintenance, including critical decision-making and cross-functional leadership.
• Lead governance of integrated master schedules and earned value metrics, driving risk identification and mitigation.
• Support proposal development and manage pre-award performance to budget, including major parameter negotiations and senior-leadership PMR presentations.

Requirements

• US Citizen with Secret clearance or ability to acquire (ITAR/EAR U.S. person requirement).
• On-site employment in the San Diego hirify.global office.
• Advanced degree in Organizational Leadership, Business, Engineering, or related discipline with 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading interdisciplinary teams, including experience leading teams of 40+.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 1–2x monthly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), integrated master scheduling, and defense financial reporting tools.
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise S/W.
