Salary: $160,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Develop the aviation product strategy and roadmap, balancing customer value with regulatory realities and product quality.
• Partner with Engineering to manage technical projects across hardware, embedded software, connectivity, and cloud systems.
• Research and analyze aviation customers, workflows, and user personas, including pilots and patrol teams.
• Lead prioritization, scoping, and intake conversations with cross-functional teams including Design, Legal, and GTM.
• Translate FAA and FCC regulatory dynamics into actionable product requirements and strategy.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience in complex environments where hardware, software, and operational systems intersect.
• Strong ability to navigate domain-specific regulatory constraints to shape product direction.
• Demonstrated success partnering with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs and execution.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces and converting incomplete information into clear strategy.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification (requires fingerprint-based background check).
