What you will do

• Advise subsidiary Product Managers to align individual roadmaps with the broader corporate vision.
• Standardize product development practices, templates, and tools (PRDs, gate reviews, NPI checklists) across the organization.
• Create and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) to provide visibility into portfolio progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify shared tools and platforms across subsidiaries to reduce redundancy and accelerate time-to-market.
• Lead the onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies into the standardized product development framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, product, or project management field (or 11+ years of related experience).
• 7+ years in product development or program management with a focus on hardware-software integration.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (required for ITAR/EAR access).
• Proven track record of scaling standardized lifecycles such as Phase-Gate or Agile-Hardware.
• Expert-level proficiency in creating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Familiarity with unmanned systems (UAVs/USVs), defense compliance, and aerospace manufacturing.

Nice to have

• Experience in M&A integration, specifically merging product development cultures and toolsets.
• Advanced proficiency in portfolio management tools like Jira Align, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
