What you will do

• Partner across product, engineering, and external/internal teams to integrate Falcon Complete products and features and improve operational processes.
• Perform technical analysis of new capabilities to assess effectiveness, feasibility, resourcing needs, and impact on existing Falcon Complete operations.
• Lead strategic initiatives by reviewing active efforts, prioritizing requests, and translating customer feedback into product enhancements and operational optimizations.
• Lead projects covering technological integrations, process modifications, and automation/optimization efforts.
• Manage Agile workflows (stand-ups, capacity planning, retrospectives) and define/track key metrics for integration success and operational effectiveness.
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation, governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and integration roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations or Product Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience analyzing business requirements, designing/configuring solutions, and explaining technical solutions to different audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global modules and product offerings.
• Demonstrated leadership in risk and issue mitigation and resolution.
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management practices; proficiency in data analysis and metrics definition.
