What you will do

• Act as the primary lead for clients, managing business opportunities and leading strategic communication calls.
• Oversee project lifecycles by developing project briefs, scopes of work, and coordinating milestones with internal teams.
• Mentor and supervise junior account personnel, including conducting performance reviews and creating development plans.
• Manage financial health of accounts through proposal development, budget monitoring, and reconciliations.
• Ensure all client materials strictly adhere to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related subject.
• At least 3 years of experience in an account role within a pharmaceutical or medical communications company.
• Daily client-facing experience and proven experience with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review.
• Must be based in the United States.
