What you will do

• Manage multi-channel digital initiatives including websites, email campaigns, social media, and SEO optimization.
• Own marketing analytics by establishing KPIs, tracking effectiveness, and delivering insights to leadership.
• Coordinate marketing budgets, workflows, and vendor relationships using technology and AI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex clinical and research information into clear messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of marketing experience within healthcare, medical, scientific, or nonprofit environments.
• Proven experience executing multi-channel digital campaigns, including email and content marketing.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Tableau.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10–15%.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania.
