What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with community gatekeepers to secure high-traffic venues for agent prospecting.
• Plan and host sales, marketing, and educational events focused on lead generation.
• Collaborate with Broker Managers to align outreach strategies and maximize investment ROI.
• Train and motivate external agents on community-based marketing and event best practices.
• Partner with local provider groups for strategic co-op marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all activities comply with Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Utah.
• Active insurance producer license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Deep knowledge of the local senior landscape and existing community contacts.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, startup-feel environment.
