What you will do

• Own the feature roadmap and delivery for production workflows in the Exteriors segment.
• Map end-to-end enterprise customer workflows to identify friction points, inefficiencies, and revenue gaps.
• Lead customer discovery and market research to build deep fluency in exteriors business operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship AI-powered features, including intelligent recommendations and agentic-first experiences.
• Define, track, and communicate success metrics tied to efficiency gains, adoption, and customer outcomes.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to align on AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning operational, workflow, or field-service products.
• Must be based in the United States to qualify for the specified salary range.
• Strong instincts for workflow analysis and the ability to design simple solutions for complex operational realities.
• Data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
